RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATION Policies
We don't accept Cancellations or Returns.
REFUNDS- Due to the Nature of Our Business, All Sales are Final. Each item is made to order. We do not issue refunds once an order is created. Please be Sure to Double Check that the Cup Size, Chosen Product and Shipping Information is Correct Prior to Submitting Your Order. Level Ten Attitude is not responsible for any incorrect addresses and will not refund any items due to incorrect Address or Information. Again Please Double Check before you submit the order.
EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept Exchanges only. You must contact us first.
Conditions of Exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For your Protection we need you to first email us 2 photos of the item before it is shipped. This way we will know that any damage during shipping is not your fault!
Please keep shipping tracking for your records. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS- In the event your item arrives damaged. Please Email 2 Photos of the Damaged Item Along with a Description of the Damage to be Eligible for a Free Replacement. Please send the photos within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. I will be happy to resend your order. If there is an issue with the product in anyway, please contact us and we will make it right.
